Step 2: Fill in the dates of your stay in the European Union.
Step 3: When shopping, ask the merchant for a “VAT invoice made out to ZappTax”. Photograph your invoices and upload them to the app or forward them by email to [email protected].
Step 4: At the end of your stay, click to request the automatic generation of your tax-free forms. You will get one or more tax refund forms showing all of your purchases.
Step 5: Validate your tax refund forms electronically at customs before leaving the EU by scanning the forms barcode at a self-service kiosk (PABLO device in France and DIVA in Spain) or by presenting your passport to a customs agent in Belgium.
And that’s all! ZappTax will process your refund and pay you using the method of your choice.

Je suis fan ! Appli ergonomique, simple à utiliser, bonne FAQ qu’il faut prendre le temps de bien lire pour bien comprendre le processus. Une fois qu’on a bien compris le principe de la facturation, c’est facile ! Les délais de remboursement sont beaucoup plus longs que ceux annoncés… Mais ce n’est pas une arnaque, on est bien remboursé ! Exemple me concernant : validation le 2/1/2024 et remboursé en 1 mois (2/2/2024)
Arnaque
Depuis juillet j’attend mon remboursement , soit 6 mois . Service clientèle réactif mais que du bla-bla-bla . Je ne passerais plus par vos services

Bientôt 4 mois que j’attends mon remboursement et toujours pas de nouvelle sur quand je serai remboursé…..
Délais trop long pas de sérieux
Devoir attendre plus de 4 mois pour avoir son remboursement alors qu’on m’annonçait maximum 3 mois. Quand on contacte le service client, on nous donne toujours la même réponse. Pas sérieux

On promet un remboursement en 24-48h, trois après j attends toujours ! Fuir
More than 2 months and no refund
More than 2 months and no refund, has it become a scam ? The app has big promesses and a bright future, but the behaving is brining themselves down. Edit: refund was performed 4 months after. Use it at your own risks
Ne rembourse pas
J’ai 2 remboursements en attente dont l’un qui date du mois de juin! Toujours les mêmes réponses bateaux. Je regrette vraiment de ne pas être passée par la détaxe traditionnelle, au moins eux remboursent. C’est devenu une arnaque! Dommage que je n’ai pas pu mettre 0 étoile, c’est ce que ça vaut!
Attente de Remboursements supérieure a 4mois
Remboursements toujours pas effectués après 4mois d’attente. Vous êtes prévenus….
