BAT is missing

I transferred 6.18826 BAT from brave to zebpay wallet but my zebpay wallet still showing 0 BAT.

Useless application and so many problems while using application

Can’t delete your account on zebpay as it look like developer want more customers with zero balance and poor reviews

Worst service and support

I want to delete my account but it shows same error everytime. tried raising tickets also but no real help from support staff besides some delayed automated replies

Literally Scamming users

This is first time i am sharing my review okay if you deposit fiat and want to purchase crypto and later want to transfer to some external wallet . This scam exchange will burn your money how ?? Let me explain if you deposit 50k first they will only initiate deposit of 49950 they will deduct 50 fees now later it you buy crypto from that deposit they will manipulate the prices and make you buy at high price now you bought usdt lets say so they will only credit usdt worth 48k and will deduct 1850 as fees and now you want to transfer that usdt so they will restrict you to only allow transfer of 50 per transaction and per day 2 transaction of 50 . Now here is the catch for that 50$ transaction you have to pay 16$ fees which means to withdraw your 50k which is equivalent to 550 dollar you have to make 11 transaction of 50$ and pay 16$ per transaction so total fees you paid for 10 transaction is 160$ which is almost 14k on your deposit of 50k what a scam and hey not only this also they will charge you some extra fees aswell other then this . Delete this scam app and file a police complaint against this company. They will end up in jail soon literally scammers

Pathetic Service & bad support

Their services are just pathetic. Deposits takes more than a week. Customer support is of no use. Stay way from this app

Horrible customer service with no response

It has been a week since i have been continuously raising tickets for my withdrawal issue. The withdrawal is failing without any reason. Have been dropping mails multiple times but all i am getting are automated same responses without even reading the mails/tickets. Please dont use the app and loose you money. The charges are very high as well

Delete my account permanently

After multiple email of account deletion request they are giving excuse of offer and promotion that I don’t need. I just simply need to close my account

BEWARE: Extremely high AMC Charges

They will sell your crypto on their own to recover their monthly maintenance charge of ₹500+taxes. My portfolio was reduced to zero without my permission or information. Better use other non-greedy apps

No support for missing payments

My payment is pending for over a month … no rectification by them. Not trust worthy . Still I paid but I am not credited with crypto
