Been told to wait 48 hours 2 days for them to read my certificate of motor insurance which was sent to them Friday as off today it’s now been 72 hours 3 days of waiting still nothing every time you talk to them online all they say is working days well guess what Friday l, Monday and now a Tuesday is 3 working days still waiting for them feels like I getting the piss taken out of me first time and second time I did this very quick now very slow and still can’t tell me why so bad.

Giving them £40 upfront for pay as you go insurance before you even have got a job at uber, then for it to end badly when you don’t get through the security sift, and loose the money you paid for insurance absolutely a scam

Absolutely rip off first £25 set up fee then £10 for fee because i haven’t worked last 60 days when clearly bought the policy because this was one of uber eats requirements to have insurance policy to set up delivery account but Zego all the sudden disable my account and refund me £15 out of my £40 top up wow what amazing service not recommended to anyone zero rating for sure

This app should allow you to have more flexibility with the auto top up. I’m just getting started as a delivery driver and need to account for all expenses. My balance went below £10 and the app automatically charged my account £20 to top up my available balance which I wasn’t prepared for. Also the accuracy of hours I use as a driver who pays hourly is off and considering the app is linked to my uber eats account it should be more accurate to charge me accordingly.

If you want to pay for the most expensive insurance on the market then this is your perfect choice! I took an insurance policy with other for less than half of the price this guys charging
