I simply wanted scooter insurance quote. After reading the hype and logging in agreeing to terms and conditions which should be availible without having to digitally agree to TOS, I find that if you are over 65 , you do not qualify for the insurance . And I wonder where all my spam comes from.
Very misleading
I signed for just one month and Zego never asked me for more than that but They still keep trying to take money from my account.
I have email the customer service 3 time but nothing has changed and no answer.
They have tried to take money from my account 20 time in 2 weeks.
There is no way to cancel the insurance on the app.
I am very disappointed to this all.
