The web site is opposite of user friendly. It is very hard to use and every time I am ordering glasses it takes me several hours. Hard to reverse a selection after it is picked. If there is sale going on, the web site is so slow that I have to spend several evenings to order.

Never thought I could have so much fun wearing glasses!

I love all my Zenni glasses. However, the site is lowkey glitchy. Sometimes it is really slow but idk I love when i treat my self to cool glasses.

Love the company, love the glasses, however this app is atrocious. I spent 2 hours just trying to hit checkout and all I received was a spinning circle without moving from the page. I finally got smart enough and checked out on my iPad. This app needs serious fixing

I loved every process of picking my frames, adding my prescription and ordering my glasses! Very affordable and stress free!! Will highly recommend!!

I’ve ordered from Zenni multiple times and have always loved the glasses. I have a super strong prescription so I was skeptical at first but the first pair i got were great and have been on par since then. I just decided to place an order for a new pair because I have a medical benefits card that’ll lose its value in the new year so why not spend some of the money before it’s gone? I used the app like normal and found some frames i like, go through the whole creation process, and then to checkout. I couldn’t checkout on the app. I tried multiple times and opened and closed the app to see if it would work but nothing. It just wasn’t working. So i deleted the app and just signed in on the website where i was the item i just had in my cart on the app and just checked out there. it went through and after redownloading the app it shows i purchased them so all is good, but the app definitely has issues. Overall, the products are great and im happy i dont have to pay an arm and a leg for glasses anymore, but the app needs work.

I am on a sort of fixed income so I have to find affordable merchandise that gives me the best value. This website has done that for me for the last three years. I love it and highly recommend it.
