Love Zenni…but not the app
So frustrating, keep getting bumped out when I try to sign in. When I try to go to the website bumps me to app. Might be good down the road, but terrible right now.

Keeps bumping me out and asking me to sign in - very unstable to use app so I’m giving it a fail!!!
App sucks.
Cannot figure how to sort by shape, colour or material. Found a frame I like and there is no shopping cart or add to favourites or a frame number. Was prepared to purchase and cannot!
Your website sucks
My 3 CHATS plus inputting my prescription 4 times plus being directed to to the US webpage when I keep trying to get the Canadian site when all I wanted to do was order the same glasses with the same lens type but a new prescription. This is spectacularly unintuitive.

This is my 4th pair of glasses , and I am so happy! This company really impress me- with the service, products, efficiency- they check every box! I am almost getting addicted to them- with so many glasses to choose from, and great prices, how could I not?😁
