I’ve been trying to log in for the past 2 days as a new employee and it will not load whatsoever! This app is awful and if it wasn’t for work I would NOT use it!

The recent iPad update is completely trash. Things lag, the color isn’t as bright. It’s hard to see services. Its super difficult to try and edit or add or take things away. It worked great before i don’t know what you were thinking. Please go back to the old version.

This app is terrible. It constantly logs the user out or just crashes and has no rhyme or reason. It’s straight up trash and is the worst spa software I have ever been unlucky enough to use. Unfortunately it is required by my spa. This is what happens when you skimp to save money for a corporation and end up requiring an app that makes all of the employees frustrated. Clients miss upgrades, therapists and estheticians miss money because of the lost upgrades. Horrible experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Are you an owner? DO NOT BUY. Are you an employee of a company that wants to implement Zenoti? REVOLT. Not just the app, the company is a nightmare to deal with, as well. Support is slow or incompetent and getting the app to work is a nightmare - whether on mobile or computer.

If this app wasn’t required by my job, I’d never open it. It constantly crashes. I have to CONSTANTLY log back in because it logs me out. Notes cannot be edited and you cannot use proper punctuation. For an app that does so little, it’s endlessly frustrating to use. It’s clunky, it’s slow, it’s completely useless half the time. I’m standing inside the building I work in and it tells me I’m out of my business location. What?! If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I can guarantee the people who gave it five stars were paid to do so or they were the devs of this app. It’s absolute garbage. Editing to add new complaints: when I click “clock in/log in” I get a red bar across the top saying it cannot be completed. I have to crash the app to log in. Also, when I swipe to go to another day, it will either not swipe, or it will half swipe. Sometimes it will actually go backwards. It doesn’t keep you on the same day when you go back into it. If it’s Tuesday, the red bubble at the top on the calendar says it’s Friday the week before. The entire development team needs to be scrapped. Seriously, START OVER! There’s no saving this horrible app. I can’t say it enough. It’s garbage.

The mobile app shouldn’t log you out as frequently as it does. Change it.

My medspa has decided to use Zenoti. After using it for almost 3 years, I am still frustrated with this app DAILY. It’s constantly freezes, logs me out, and doesn’t have any charting friendly pre sets and it is FAR from being intuitive. If you have the choice to not use this app: RUN. As far and as fast as possible.

I work for Hair Cuttery so I HAVE to use this app to see my appointments, but why does it always crash!? Why is it always asking me to log back in!? If it's going to keep doing this, get facial recognition in the login screen so I don't have to keep typing in my credentials every day. So annoying. 🤬

I use this for my job and the app constabtly freezes and crashes, typically 3+ times within a 5 minute window.
