All you do in this game is wait ages & ages to fight battles in the Arenas, most days you won’t even get a chance to fight. Total waist of time…AVOID.

In terms of gameplay and graphics it’s surprising good and it’s easy to progress early game but the pvp base attacks are unfair later. I get attacked by guys with 5 million power when I only have 250,000. It’s literally impossible to win now thanks to the unfair matchups. Please restore the balance to make it fun again

It’s a great game you can pay to get stuff or just play for free I think the grind for main currency in the game could be shortened

This game is one of my favourite games to play I recommend it but I wish the creators would add gift codes so you can get extra resources to upgrade your bunker or weapons and multipurpose weapons and if you do add gift codes it will attract new players who would love to play a game like this so please take this idea into consideration and thank you for this awesome game. :)

I have played this game for years, despite all the bugs, huge drain on battery and lack of variety in gameplay. I have taken part in “Events” (the same two or three get rolled out every few weeks as a cash grabs); the rewards for which are worthless, if you’ve been playing a while. On one occasion, I achieved and received the top award; only for hours later, have it removed from my inventory by the Developers! - Upon querying this with Support, they denied I had ever achieved the goal, and only admitted it after I proved it by way of screenshots. Did they then honour their offer? No! - They claimed it was an error and closed the ticket; offering no substitute or compensation, in respect of my efforts. They tie event tasks to watching advertisements, and if you are unable to watch any, as it often says “Surprisingly, we have run out of ads at the moment; please try later!” - they leave you unable to complete tasks and reach that next reward tier; unless of course, you pay more money to complete it by credit card! Buying “Passes” or other items to access further rewards, often don’t deliver the promises made in the narrative of the offer; and Support tickets are ignored. A bugged Arena system (PvP battles) can make you wait 5+ hours to start, and Support claim this is “within normal parameters”! —> Once you get in, you are often put up against players that have double or treble your own power rating, making it impossible to compete. After years of gameplay, my team is not strong enough to gain all rewards from a feature called “Scouting”, despite all fighters and equipment being maxed out, but it is strong enough to get smashed by the more prolific “Pay to Win” players. Don’t expect any type of balance! So in summary, play the game if you want to max your credit card and still get treated like crap by the Developers. Waste your time to have your rewards stolen, and then get called a liar by Support.

Sadly I am one of many players who have been ripped of by this company. A recent update to the game had re started allot of players accounts, back to a fresh instal of the app. This caused all game progress to be wiped back to day one, for myself over 1 year of progress and literally £100’s on in app purchases over that time wiped and lost. Specific weapons, items, officer perks and tokens. In game currency used to speed up building and training all gone. The only option you have is to raise an in game ticket to support who already have it flagged as a known issue, asking players to re link the new account with your app to “re store the account”. However the note in that support “if this does not work” so they know it’s not a full fix. Yet when I tried this with my own account it attempts to link the fresh day one account to my apple app, again all progress loss. The in game support in response send your a copy and paste thread about linking your new account and updates, They have completely ignored all the time and money lost. No resolution to the game update that has deleted my progress and no response to the retrieval of all the in app purchases ( personally I will now be going through all my in app transfers with this company and filling a return of funds, when purchased those items effectively become mine, there was no time frame stating I lose them when they do an update ). Avoid them unless you always intend on deleting this in the future and not caring on money spent
