This is one of the worst app. When pay anything by EMI they don’t give cashback aa they mention in app. Also it not No cost EMI. Since last 2 years I didn’t received my cashback yet. I tried to call multiple times but Support team is not available. Totally Fraud app don’t use this app.

Worst app i have ever seen. I have paid all the the loan amount, still the Zest Money agents contineously calling me for the payment of remaing loan and due amount. The app shows all closed EMIs from my side and no option for repayment. Moreover, on their side of companies platform they didn't receive the payment and they are applying due charges and loan amount. Worst worst app Please dont use it The single star also dont deserve this company.

I did foreclosure of my loan before 2 months, but now DMI is sending messages and showing its still pending

Even after paying all my payments before the due date my credit limit got blocked. Also due to the late payments by zest money to their partners it shows so many late payments on my cibil score data,when I didn’t even have any other emi except for zest money. It’s been almost a year and now my entire cibil score has spoiled. M never ever buying anything from zest anymore nor would recommend anyone. When I am trying to contact zest money it’s says not able to verify the mobile number. I even mailed them but there’s no response Kindly contact me asap.

For queries it is difficult to get response. Even for customer care centre, waiting time is more than 15 and after that they will just disconnect. I’m not using this app but even though there is an entry in my credit records which CIBIL requested to check with Zest itself but they are not approachable. Seems we have to go for some legal options.

I paid up the loan amount but than after they deducted a 1 emi of instalment so and no any reply on mail for my question of refund of my amount of 8431

Im not able to find zest pay option anywhere either flipkart or amazon or myntra which i use more

Zest is third party which provides loans from other agencies like Aditya capital. After taking loan zest delay our payments which will affect our credit score. They payment processor is worst.

Worst app with zero service

They have not given me my cash back of more than 10000 rupees for 1 and a half years. If I call customer care, they say that I will get the cash back in 15 days, which I have not received till date and this application is also not opening.
