Good need to improve

As a new user of ZingHR, I've had the opportunity to explore its features and functionality for HR-related tasks. While I appreciate its potential, I've encountered some areas that could benefit from significant improvements to enhance the overall user experience. First, the inconsistent uptime and occasional hangs on iOS devices pose a significant challenge. Unreliable access to the platform disrupts workflows and hinders productivity. Addressing these performance issues should be a priority for the development team. Second, the reliance on outdated concepts and manual processes, such as paper-based self-declarations, seems counterintuitive in today's AI-driven world. Embracing automation and incorporating AI-powered features could streamline processes, reduce paperwork, and enhance efficiency. Third, compared to other HR software, the duty rota creation process appears cumbersome and time-consuming. Simplifying this process could alleviate the administrative burden on HR professionals and enable them to focus on more strategic tasks. Despite these shortcomings, ZingHR holds promise as a comprehensive HR solution. By addressing the performance issues, embracing AI-driven automation, and refining the user experience, ZingHR has the potential to become a valuable tool for managing HR operations effectively.
