Tried apps to enhance the photo still came out dark...

Elegant & unique interface design. So fun to use and very useful for memory keeping and sharing photos. My all time favorite, thanks a lot!

Where is the basic white frame? I don't really want themed frames every time. Why isn't this app made by Polaroid themselves? Like the title says, this app is a ghost of what it used to be unfortunately. But it's the only one out there.

I used to love my zip printer but now the app doesn’t work. When I try to navigate to my photo favorites folder it’s impossible. It just keeps kicking me out of that section and brining me to the main screen. I also can seem to get a hold of anyone for help.

Had my printer for years and loved it. They changed all the frames and editing options so there less and you can’t have just a white border frame. Quality has obviously gone down substantially.

I’ve had this zip printer for years and for some reason about a month or so the photos print blurry and save the printed photo to my phones library. It’s such an issue that I’ve debated buying a different printer Update: Asked to trouble shoot by updating and using a cleaning sheet. This has been done and there is no change. My rating remains one star since there is still a quality issue.

The new update keeps photos in vertical mode and cuts off huge portions of pictures.

Requires full access to my photos? Not happening.

Ok my frustration lies with the gallery. You can all the photos ever but there is no way to delete them at all no long hold no selection nothing you are just stuck scrolling through every photo you have ever added. Please fix!!!

I ordered a Polaroid Zip Model: POLMP01BL a few years ago. It has been a while since using it and now App has changed and it doesn't work with either app. Keeps telling me firmware need updating but won't install. The original Polaroid Zip app worked great. Now my printer is worthless as the app is junk.
