My problems are I cannot update the firmware. It tells me there’s an update and I try it but it stays on 0% for hours or tells me it failed. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app twice but it does the same thing. Very frustrating. Sometimes the printer doesn’t read the paper and I have to keep loading it again and again hoping to get my prints eventually. Great concept but poor overall execution.

This app is horrible. Don’t know what update they did but my phone stays stuck while it’s trying to install firmware and now it no longer lets me choose to print a photo in landscape.

I have tried every single paper out there and wasted a ton of money only for it to continue to say mismatched paper. this device isn't working please help!!! i've done everything

The most recent update for the device keeps crashing and canceling.

No longer to pair to my iPhone 11 Pro Max since last update…. Can you please fix this

I hadn’t used this printer for a year or so but it was working just fine. Then I made the mistake of updating the firmware and immediately afterwards ALL of the paper I have (over 10 packs!) is mysteriously a “paper mismatch!” I’ve tried four different packs that are identical to the paper that was working immediately before this firmware update and nope, nothing. They’re sure quick to offer to link me to a website where I can buy new ZINK paper at over $1 a print though! Tossing over $100 in the trash apparently. This is an absolute scam and a blatant cash grab. Garbage device and company that is not trustworthy at all. From all the numerous recent reviews it’s obvious many others are experiencing similar disappointments. Congrats, you’ve ruined the name of a once well established and respected photography company.

I liked when they had the templates on here. Any chance of them coming back?

Update 3-25-24: it appears the Apple is removing negative reviews off this app. A cursory examination will show that the majority of recent, and of all reviews are all highly critical. In my opinion a lot of this stems from the company that Polaroid has in charge of this app for the last few years now. If your app works, do yourself a favor and never update it without checking the last 6 months of reviews first. I’ve owned my devices since probably around 2016, and compared to the original app (now defunct, written over 6 years ago) this app is less than a shadow even with 6+ years of opportunities to improve it in any way. This app is likely a large component of why this product has stalled and failed (Next most recent review - circa 2019) Ever since I first started using this app at least 5 years ago. The company that does the coding for the app is less than responsive in spite of multiple attempts to point out major flaws. The very first version of this app was the best, not this current one—but the one made before these new people were given control—I’m pretty sure it was a different company altogether. Anyways, they can really do better. I would never choose to buy this device or use this app if I were put in that situation again.

Eventually this printer got to the point where it only printed a faction of my picture. wasting a lot of expensive paper I might add. And the picture quality just goes from decent to horrible. Do not recommend if you wanna use it more than a few times (obviously you do)

I have not used the printer for a while and now I can print with it 💔 I have tried multiple times after Updating the framware but the printer shutdown by itself and I tried on another device but I could not connect it to it.
