Wow, I can’t believe someone thought it was a good idea let other humans use this terrible app. Probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

I can’t make a ‘Early Bird’ booking in Sydney. Called the support centre. The most unhelpful team who couldn’t help. His best response was to try and restart the app, then the phone.

What’s the reason behind needing location services set to always? Whats wrong with “while app is open”?

What a piece of rubbish. But now it has your BC and knows exactly where you are ALL times. And notifications to boot. Just in case you didn’t have enough of them already.

The app is difficult to use and I ended up getting double charged. But Melinda was a wonderful support and was able to give me a refund. Thanks for the help!

This app crashes every time I press a booking button. And why does it want to have location access Always, not when used ???

You have sign up option but you cannot remove the account from within the app - it’s a must according to apple App Store Connect guidelines. You ask for all information including fitness tracking, always location, full contact details and credit card number before one can even start using the app. Then there is no way to remove saved card - I think ACCC would be happy to learn what you are trying to do. To anyone reading: avoid.

I parked. Started walking with my friends while installing the app and signing up. Then the app required my personal health data and would not let me pay with out it. I waked back to my car to move it but got a ticket. The appeal was denied even though the signup took only 10 mins. Protecting my health data was not grounds for forgiveness. Still happy I didn’t hand over my personal health data to a random app on the App Store but still mad.

This is a convenient app, easy to use and navigate. Make sure you set the time as well as the date when booking. If you’re having difficulty, it may be that your phone is outdated. The support offered is outstanding and queries are replied to and resolved quickly and with ease. Would definitely recommend emailing as the support staff are excellent

Wants full access to all settings. Next to impossible to find location for booking. More bugs than anything I’ve seen before
