Sign in with Apple or Google? Nope. Autofill contact information? You wish. Scan your credit card? As if. Registering for an account on an app you downloaded in a parking lot should be quick and easy. This couldn’t be more inconvenient if they had tried.

I have an account which does not work when I entered into the garage at my office so I end up having to pull a ticket and pay more than a dollar more for parking every single day. Very unreliable service.

Felt like abuse to have to download an app, give all your sensitive data to some unknown company - then (I realize the parking garage is probably unrelated) - find the the price wasn’t clear at the entrance and they wanted to charge $85/4 hours … I left since other places right next door were $5/ one hour … sour taste and won’t use any parking that requires more than single point of service ticket purchase.

The least streamlined payment experience I’ve experienced. 1) requires you to create an account, with no “pay as guest” option, which is very inconvenient for parking lots I only use once a year 2) requires entering credit card info as part of account creation as opposed to being able to enter credit card without saving it. Which is extra dumb as they CAN take payments through apple pay 3) unable to remove credit card after account creation. Again dumb OR purposefuly malicious since they can take alternate payments through systems like Apple pay. This is likely illegal in some jurisdictions If I hadn’t been with my kids, I would have walked out and found a parking lot farther away from my destination, from the payment inconvenience alone

Used this app today for the first time and it refused to let me choose a parking time longer than an hour…. Okay fine, I’ll just pay for another hour when it expires… well, when I went to add another hour on to parking the app just wouldn’t work, which resulted in my getting a $120 ticket! I should not have to pay a ticket because the app the garage wants us to use wouldn’t work! I see this app has lots of reviews stating the same sort of thing, the app doesn’t want to work!

Refuses to work without gps, when I could easily just enter the lot number. Also the CC interface is suspicious and seems to not to follow Apple App Store rules. Would vastly prefer Apple Pay.

I was in a rush, and just needed to pay for parking. I scanned the QR code, and suddenly I had to install this app. That’s already too much, but okay. Then, the app wanted me to create an account with username and password. I’m just trying to pay for parking, okay? Can’t that wait? But wait, there is more! It next asked for my name (why is that even needed?). Can I pay for parking already? No, because next it wants credit card info. There is no autocomplete, name from previous screen is not used, card info needs to be entered manually. Oh and why isn’t there an option to just use ApplePay? It seems like the true purpose of this app is to collect user data and credit card info, and not to allow people to easily pay for parking. I literally went to park somewhere else because I didn’t trust this app.

The app is just horrible. The session never ends on my phone when I exited the garage. So I have been always overcharged. Tried to contact customer service. No one answer call or reply to your email.l!

This app won’t allow me to pay for parking as it refuses to register my car. Waste of time.

Easy registration, and super easy to navigate.
