Recentemente hanno aggiunto un sacco di costi extra che rendono tutti i viaggi molto più costosi rispetto agli altri servizi. 1€ per ogni sblocco auto, 1.50€ tassa giovani under 25 e 2€ per i noleggi notturni. Per un viaggio serale di giusto 10 minuti è possibile trovarsi a pagare quasi 5€ di costi aggiuntivi per un viaggio di 3.50€. Queste tasse non esistono con gli altri servizi, tra l’altro nettamente migliori.
Le auto sono scadenti, il servizio clienti pessimo, non al livello del prezzo richiesto.
