Too many glitches
We built a custom booking/crm which works well on desktop. The app glitches too much with the bookings. When they’re updated they’ll end up in different slots all over the place. It’s only because I know when people are booked that it doesn’t end up costing the business any more money. If we hadn’t already spent a good deal of time and effort setting up the crm I would have cancelled my Zoho months ago. If it does persist we will have to find an alternative because it’s just not up to even the lowest standards in the market 👎
So basic
Minimum functionality can’t even add a second tenant. Underwhelming as most of the zoho apps.

This version of Zoho CRM App crashes on startup
iPhone 12 with latest iOS. Crashes on startup every time. Gone through the list of what to do with a crashing app. Forced close, rebooted iPhone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing works. Simply will not work. Other Zoho apps work just fine.
Not iPhone friendly
The new update makes this app tedious from a logistical point of view. The removal of the products tab in a sales order was a terrible mistake. With the new UI I can only make out the first word of each product. Unfortunately I didn’t back up the old app file to be able to revert back a version.

First thing doesn’t even work. Sign in button doesn’t work
Any plans for copy paste functionality??
Very difficult to create a record & paste content from iPhone...
Current Release not useable
Crashes all the time when attempting to access “contacts” on iPhone and iPad. Please sort it out
