The new update must have been developed by folks who don’t sell. Why would you get rid of grouping leads??? Also, the app won’t tracks calls made anymore.. are you serious?! The changes are unbelievably dumb and makes the app useless. Sincerely disappointed.
Tried to find some contacts, companies and sales orders but it looks like the app has limited amount of our records. From the web I found a fix where it says I have to download 200 at a time ….i have thousands of records😳🤨 plus I can’t seem to find the download option at the bottom they talk about
Great app but must have kanban view for deals — Help!
The analytic tab is not showing anything, several complaints has been made and no result .
Please bring back the following. 1. Alphabet quick search on dealers tab. 2. Closed calls default to completed instead of schedule. 3.meeting edit, type default to dealer visit. These were there before and was updated out and these were extra steps that have no point.
I am not sure if they have meetings on how to make the process take longer, but seems like weekly they add another thing that you have to change to just log anything. Want to log a activity you have to select more fields to add notes and the select completed all that use to be done or easily accessible. Now logging a call has been changed to scheduled instead now you have to change to completed which you didn’t have to. Among many other things I could go on about. I find something as simple as being able to do quick customer inputs now labour intensive tasks with check stops that are not needed. User friendly they are not, if you are looking for something that makes you slower this is the app for you if not look elsewhere
I’ve been using Zoho CRM for several years. I love the fact the mobile app provides me access to all of my clients key information.
Brand new customer to ZOHO sold on the sysytem. However once signed up and downloaded nothing works. App closes as soon as you open it. Try getting any help is like pulling teeth. Keep getting requests for info I have no access to as I can’t get into the system. Seems to fall on def ears.
