Quick & efficient
I’m a new business and was trying out their app while still getting my business started and without notice they deleted what I entered for expenses. What?!?! They sent 1 email after saying we deleted your account because it was inactive and it even said they sent notifications that this would happen but I checked, zero notification! Horrible!
You can get the solo version also, this is the best expenses app I have tried before It’s like magic!
I’ve been filling out expense accounts for many years since doing it by hand with a pen and and expense account form, and attaching the actual receipts.-and this was with a fortune 100 company! Technology is great when it works-ZoHo works well and easy to use.
Probably my error, but this does not sync to my online platform easily
This app is not user friendly at all, can’t even reach anyone in their help desk to assist properly.
I’m a small business that needs basic expense (receipt) tracking. This app is nice in that it will allow me to have more than one profile so I can have my personal and business expenses in one app. However, this app does not offer a very important expense tracking feature which is sales tax. It does not have the option to break down the receipts. It also doesn’t allow the addition of any custom lines. Not a bad app but def lacks some important features.
Instead we used concur which was hugely painful. I dreaded submitting expenses and expense reports. This app is much more seamless and intuitive. Every company should use it!
A million times better than Quickbooks
Started my business in November of 2022. I needed a fast, easy, and comprehensive method to track my expenses. I found it with Zoho Expense. I can’t say enough about how great this app is and how it has simplified the ability to keep my expenses organized. Thank you , ECM Manufacturing Consulting LLC
