The Zoho Mail Admin App is designed with a complete understanding of System Administrators like you. A classic Black and Red design reminiscent of the powerful system shell lets you manage all your admin tasks in just a few swipes. The App greets you with a lucid dashboard, showcasing upfront the total number of users and groups in your Mail account. Dig deeper, and you get to do all these:
User Management: Add users, reset passwords and change user roles, all on the go
Group Management: Add members to a group, remove members from a group and change roles
Mail Moderation: Approve/reject emails that need moderation (for those few emails that are too urgent to wait for you to get to your computer)
Storage Management: You can add extra storage for a user using the "storage" add-on
Note: The App is intended for Administrators of Zoho Mail Organization. You would require an active Zoho Mail administrator account to use this app.

Still can’t open the app who is my admin account.

This application really rocks. It’s very easy to use and very affordable.
App needs work!
Open app and get message “ ZMail Admin has been locked, Tap any where to authenticate”. Tapping any where and everywhere produces no effect, will need to uninstall and reinstall app, maybe that will fix it. This will be second time needing to reinstall to fix app. 👎

Great app and does what it says it does and that’s ALL I NEED!
Missing important features
Can't access my blocked addresses from the app. Also can't get to them from the mobile website. Zoho has some serious work to do if their websites don't work 100% from a mobile device. Requiring a PC to admin my account when I need to do it on the go makes it impossible. 1/10, can't recommend even though I've been a customer for years. Looking to leave Zoho because you can't manage your account on the go.
Can’t log in
Once my credentials are in and click log in the app just logo just spins in circles as if it was loading. Been trying for over a month, and yes my credentials are correct. Help?
