Poor support last 6 months

So much functionality for so little. You can try everything before paying. Excellent value for money.

It is signing in automatically, I need to do it manually. I can’t sign in with two different admin at the same time.

There are several bugs and poor attention to detail. The status bar uses black text on a nearly-black background so you can’t see the time, WiFi signal, battery status, etc. You can configure your email aliases, but selecting any domain except the default one doesn’t work, so it always creates the alias on that default domain. This app needs a lot more care and attention applied to it before it could be considered truly useful.

It’s good that you’ve made an effort to make an admin app available. Keep at it. Would like more spam/quarantine features.

This is not fit for purpose. The pop-up keyboard is bigger than the screen so only the left side is usable...which is useless if you need any of the letters on the other 50% of the keyboard!

Crashes instantly

It’s literally just nothing Zoho, what is that about? 0 functionality

No IMAP, no POP3, no Forwarding. Locked pretty much everything that we used to live about this service. Even the ZohoMail app itself cannot fetch new emails anymore (unless you upgrade and pay). Do us a favour please: Either stop offering free email service altogether, or offer an email service for free, with full functionality, at least in terms of being able to using it with other email clients. Z
