Heavily pay to win plus that they are banning you in you ask for a refund

I played the game and it was good but I got a refund on an in game item because It was bought by mistake and then they banned my account just for receiving a refund, and the only way to get unbanned is if you go and buy back what is was you bought in the first place

If you like reading “please wait” and “connecting” then this is the game for you.

Good game but a pretty shameless pay to win.

Great game that’s very easy to pick up and play. Gets very addictive very quickly and there’s plenty of free pick ups such as diamonds and banknotes to pick up at the start of each day. Joining a guild is a must to help you progress although I find there isn’t any real social aspect of the game amongst other players. I love rogue like games levelling up within stages. I got hooked on this from the game Hades. The UI needs work as you can easily get lost in the menus. Tidy this up and it would be near perfect. My main problem with this game is once you progress so far it’s obvious the mountain of pay for items you’ll have to buy to keep up. Seriously there are people in my guild who have obviously poured hundreds into the game, all the latest heroes, weapons and armour within days of them coming out. It’s practically impossible to earn these without spending a fortune. I really hate the whole lucky dip draw and spin the wheel events which I’ve seen time and time again in other games and I find them pretty pointless. Anyone ever actually won the grand prize with what the game itself calls a synthetic probability of 0.2%? Doubt it. I’m going to do my best to keep this game fun without emptying my bank account but only time will tell how long that will last.

Starts off really fun then as usual you hit a pay wall where you can’t progress or win unless you start spending real money, don’t waste your time

0 rewards or incentives to play the game without spending money, unbalanced gameplay and online matchmaking, painfully slow progress. As long as you keep spending money, this and other greedy developers will see no reason to change

Match making is broken

I keep getting matched with players with 4 character parties and a level or 2 higher I only have a 3 character party, it seems like a pay to win..

Great game to kill time, many things to do which keeps you busy. Yes it requires energy to do stuff but if you play right you can stack your energy so you will never run out

Heavily leaned towards P2W (Mostly)

I’m mostly a F2P player with 250k+ power with most of my gear and items retrieved from f2p but the amount of players with gear from SSS category is insane not even 2 days into a new event and someone has already got the full set which is IMPOSSIBLE without P2W- this would cost around £6000 to get all. But overall I would say it’s a decent game and the devs are doing improvements slowly as they have sent ALL players a survey in email inbox which can be complete for some gems and keys!
