Cheap and effective

Love it, feel safe and light for my budget

Beware of multiple charges with family sharing

I bought this through de app store, I have family sharing, I was charged once, then again in the name os my daughter who is in the family sharing members. I claimed the refund of this second payment and Apple reimbursed it. Then, less than a month later, I was charged again. I have asked for a reimbursement a few days ago and... nothing. Other than this shady billing, the app seem to work as expected. Apple does not solve the issue and Zone Alarm tells me all devices must be with the same email and password user account. So, THERE IS NO SUPPORT for family sharing here! And I cannot contact Apple on this! Furthermore, ZoneAlarm’s customer service told me that the correct info would be visible on the app store but this still not the case. So, BEWARE THIS DOES NOT SUPPORT FAMILY SHARING and both OneAlarm and Apple don’t seem to care iftheymislead customers into paying more.
