Took 5 attempts to log in because it would immediately log me out after “successfully logged in”. Not sure why. Finally get logged in, the interface is terrible, super zoomed in as if I’m on a desktop browser and can’t zoom out. I search 1 company, can’t see any details because the interface is so bad, then it logs me back out again. Needs to be fixed asap.

Title says it all. How the **** do you search by company or title in the mobile app? I would use the desktop interface but for some reason Zoominfo seems to have blocked my IP and disallows me from using it on my computer. What an absolute piece of **** product.

The website is fantastic, but not having filters in the App is a major letdown.

Doesn't scale and the ad video in the beginning brings me to Google Playstore link on iOS. Rid it from videos and ads

I've downloaded, erased, redownloaded, and restarted my phone (10x each) and cannot get the app to load on my iPhone 15. For the price ZoomInfo charges, this is unacceptable.

After the latest update that's supposed to fix SSO login, the app immediately crashed precisely after attempting to login with O365 SSO 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very frustrating after one of the newer updates I have to sign back in after every time I use the app

If your company requires Okta SSO or similar you cannot use this app and there is no workaround.

The app doesn’t work and I don’t know what’s wrong with it. I just opened it up and it says ZoomInfo and I can’t click any button and I can’t login anywhere.

App doesn’t even load. Like many others saying.
