HubSpot CRM: Grow better

I was using free version of it and wanted get more info about other plans to increase my mobile app sales. It directed me to talk to sales so I pressed that button. A meeting invitation was sent to me. Later, a person from the meeting cancelled the meeting without confirmation saying I won't help to free users and starters. Why do you put talk to sales button available for me then?

App design is all good and I can manage all I can if I have wifi. If there is no wifi I cannot open any Dashboard. If you fix this app will be super usefull. Thanks

I would like to add filter to company and contact list. it may be easier to find companies in a particular region

It contains only contacts. I should be able to see who signed up my forms, who created a support ticket.

Very good service, in my opinion the best free / user friendly crm. However mobile app needs some work, especially iphone x support

the one star is a reflection of a mobile app and not hubspot as a crm… on desktop. definitely one of the worst mobile app experiences ever. do not plan on managing relationships on the go.

Forgot my password so I hit the reset password button and tried to get it to send me an email to reset it it 5 times and it didn’t send. Went on their website to find a solution and found a message board with people having the same problem as me but to look at the replies how to fix the problem you have to LOG IN WHICH I CAN’T DO. Called the support helpline and can’t get anyone on the phone unless I give the automated system my hub id WHICH I CAN’T ACCESS WITHOUT LOGGING IN. Download and use if you want but you better hope you don’t have any problems because the people who created this app don’t care about their customers.
