This app is so slow every time I have to be going into the app to keep turning on the notification button!! Very frustrating

My password has remained the same since installing. I use the password to log in to the app but does not let me open the image of my cameras. Asks for pw to be entered and gives error msg.

The app works well to view the cameras on my two surveillance systems. However, in Playback mode, while searching for events, the yellow spots on the timeline when the events took place are practically invisible against the light blue timeline. Why not use red against yellow? Or some other contrasting colors? Also, the human and vehicle detection don’t even show up on the timeline on the app. Only motion.

App crashes and freezes constantly

I have had the cameras for three years now the first years are great, but the last year every time I turn around. I’m constantly getting disconnected from the app from the the cameras remotely. The only way to access them is to delete the DVR and reinstall it however, the last couple days it wouldn’t let me reinstall it so I can’t use my cameras remotely! Couple months ago they did an update and I can’t use the multiview. It has to show every every camera at once. I only have four cameras installed so I have I have four black boxes I can’t get!

App is garbage. Consistently says my camera is offline when it is not. Has constant and serious lag in response to ptz controls as well as freezing the screen. Doesn’t record motion properly. Doesn’t work more than half the time. Can’t view my camera when I’m away from home. I can go on and on. Generally garbage when using with any Apple device. If I could leave zero star that’s what it should get.

Had my internet upgraded recently and my app no longer works on my phone . I get a compatible issue alert on my phone. So be careful wasting money and then it ends up not even working if you want to login on the app.

Used to be good, all of a sudden it just disconnects and it’s offline even though my DVR is connected to the Ethernet cable. Wish they can look into this and make it work! Update: seems like the issue got solved. Although it’s really hard to playback video. Sometimes it doesn’t show anything. Or it says no videos of that day but I am able to watch them on DVR. This App needs work!

I wish I can download pictures to show how bad this system. After trying this system I promise if they offer it for free I wouldn’t touch it
