Great app

Everything is so slow. Loading live footage takes forever. Play back basically doesn’t work, just loads for minutes or not at all and the timeline doesn’t coincide with the time stamp on video. So far I’m very disappointed my old Annke system was much better but the dvr quit working so I thought I was upgrading with zosi but I was wrong. I don’t like how the camera flash light. My old one the lights worked like a motion light come on for a minute and go off. The picture quality is better with this new system but the zoom won’t stay zoomed in when you pinch screen and try to zoom it just bounces back normal. I would not recommend zosi. The app also needs work. They should look at Annke vision and copy that simple and functional app.

This has been a great system for our home office.

This app stopped 12/28/2024, I keep trying to contact the support and not getting anywhere. It was working fine at first. I’ve had the system for one month. The app will not allow the dvr to connect to the phone. It show fine on the monitor and is connected to the internet.
