The shadowing technique

I will shorten my words and say that the videos I want I can't find it but I can't even put the link I copied from YouTube and if I find the video The quality of translation is very poor and stops from itself and I can't control it and there is no other solution but to follow the video and I don't understand what they say evenso please find a solution to this
