Since the update in 2021 terrible
A service that worked very well until 2021 was completely destroyed this year. Nothing works now. Totally unreliable. Used to be fantastic. We used up to five times a week. We no longer use at all.

Great app, very professional, friendly staff.
Terrible app... despite receiving an invoice and waiting all day I was called by the driver saying that my shop was showing as unpaid. The customer service number for this company does not work and this has been a HUGE futile waste of my time
I continue to try and use Zulzi however have very inconsistent experiences both in terms of the app usage itself along with the shopper experience. The app often crashes whilst searching for a product. In terms of the user experience whilst a shop is underway, when selecting the option to provide feedback as to available options during the shop, in some instances I get a request, others I do not and then in some instances a whole range of products are not purchased with no option to see what was not bought. Lastly there is no way to provide and form of customer feedback or experience post a purchase so I am wondering how important the user experience really is in terms of priorities.
They never have the items you order. They don’t refund your card when you refuse to use their service going forward to to non completion of orders. DO NOT USE THIS APP. The fee is extortion and they hold onto your money for orders that they don’t complete
Driver came to drop off no PPE Items missing not communicated
We have been waiting for our order since Thursday. The money has left our account, and not one person has bothered to get hold of us, give us an update or anything. We can’t reach anyone on the phone, and my messages are constantly unanswered. Please refund our money, or have the audacity to return one of my many unanswered messages

I’ve used this a few times and when it works it’s great. Very convenient and good service. My latest order wasn’t great - substitutions didn’t make sense and the app kept crashing, I couldn’t track my order, it was outside the delivery time (after paying R76 for my delivery slot) and most annoyingly there is no option to get help or chat to someone. My shopper called me so luckily I had some points of contact eventually but if she hadn’t there’s no option to contact her (that I could find).
I've used the service a couple of times in the last 2 weeks - it's convenient but service and delivery charges are very expensive. Although much quicker than the Woolworths & PnP service - The delivery never arrives in the time they claim. Also be aware that if you have a big order the delivery person will ask you to carry all the heavy groceries into the house yourself - the Woolies & PnP deliveries are carried straight into your kitchen. Tracking function on App does not work properly.
