The ZVV app provides you with real-time timetable information throughout Switzerland and allows you to buy travelcards and tickets in seconds. All ZVV and Z-Pass travelcards, multicards and tickets as well as tickets and day passes for the whole of Switzerland (national long-distance connections and regional fare networks) are available.

Less user friendly than previous app
Takes way more taps to get to the same information that the previous app had available on the first tap.
Smarte Verbindungsanzeige weg
Eine der besten Funktionen (Vorteil gegenüber sbb-app) war die Smarte Verbindungsanzeige. Die ist weg. Die Funktion wird zwar überall noch prominent propagiert, ist aber (angeblich auf vielfachen Nutzerwunsch) „durch weiterführende Funktionen ersetzt“ worden. Weiterführende Funktionen sind nicht erkennbar. Einen entsprechenden Wunsch der Nutzer und Nutzerinnen halte ich für unplausibel. Jetzt ist wieder die sbb-app die Bessere.
Fahrplansuche nicht mehr übersichtlich + funktioniert nicht
Die alte ZVV-Fahrplan App hatte klar eine Aufgabe: schnell einen Weg von A nach B anzuzeigen, cool auch: man sah direkt Abfahrts- und Zuel-Ort, es war die letzte Suche/Verbindung angezeigt: läuft 😎 Das fehlt vollständig: weder die App-Standardansicht zeigt es an, noch ist es möglich, die Standard-Ansicht wieder so manuell zu konfigurieren.. Dazu kommen noch Fehler bei der Fahrplanabfrage (Error 317-9095) und SwissPass-Einstellungen. So stelle ich mir eine Abschaltung der alten App nicht vor 😢🤦🏻 Link zu „App-Support“ für nur zur Standard-Seite.. soll ich zukünftig nur noch via Website die Abfrage schnell nutzen können??
