All ZVV and Z-Pass travelcards, multicards and tickets as well as tickets and day passes for the whole of Switzerland (national long-distance connections and regional fare networks) are available.

Lieber ZVV - eure App war mal top und auf bestem Weg die mit Abstand benutzerfrundlichste ÖVV-App zu werden. Der Wind hat gedreht. Viel zu kompliziert und unübersichtlich, mit irgendwelchen Fenstern die hereingeflogen kommen wenn eine Maske schon angezeigt wird, nervöses Flimmern das das Scrollen behindert, verschachtelte Menüs, Fokus auf die nicht prioritären Infos, jetzt neu wie bei Microsoft statt wir vorher bei Apple: mit jedem Release noch schlechter, noch mehr unausgereifte Features, und keine Lösung bestehender Probleme. Schade.
Nicht zeitgemäss
Current Location funktioniert nicht. Unübersichtlich. Muss zum SBB App wechseln bis es wieder besser ist. Sorry fürs schlechte Feedback - aber das geht besser.

Wenn da nicht das Problem mit Abo Verlängerung und Hunde Abo gebe, mal gehts, mal nicht, ist Ober nervig, immerhin werden Preise richtig berechnet nicht wie beim sbb app
Loses part of journey!
For second time the app loses track of the journey. Checked in/out on leaving/arriving home town but journey gets terminated. App always indicated checked in. What happens if I encounter ticket inspection when app is not working correctly? App seems to think I leave train and take a bus or tram.

Funktioniert immer wieder nicht. Entweder erhalte ich einen Error, oder muss die Kreditkarte zum wiederholten Mal hinterlegen, dann das Check In resp. Wie jetzt gerade Check out. Ständig geht das App nicht

weshalb sollte die VBZ ständig über meinen Standort informiert sein???
Schreckliche Übersicht und teilweise falsche Information
Die ZVV App ist extrem unübersichtlich gestaltet. Die Ortungsfunktion funktioniert nur bedingt. Ausserdem sind die dargestellten Informationen teilweise komplett falsch. Beispielsweise zeigte die App heute an der Nachtbus N71 solle um 2:15 bei Zürich Central ankommen. Ob wegen Zeitverschiebung oder anderen Gründen ist dieser Bus nie angekommen. Die einzige Information die die App geliefert hatte, war eine immer ansteigende Anzahl von Verspätungsmimuten. Nach schliesslichen 50 Minuten warten bestellte ich einen Uber. Ein Testament zur Inkompetenz der ZVV und eine absolute Frechheit. Schlimmer konnte nur die SBB App sein, welche gar keine Informationen über den ÖV seit 1:00 anzeigte. Schande.

Check in Ticket funktioniert nur bedingt. Wenn man schnell ein Ticket braucht ist man verlassen
