Puzzled the ratings aren’t HIGHER
This app does what it promises. I have taken MANY good videos using my gimbal device and the great software available to me through this particular app. The complainers, whom seem to be drawing down the rating, may not realize that many “prized” features are in the Premium package. Just because you bought the gimbal doesn’t mean you get all the software features they create as well. The Premium account is also affordable, compared to so many other products. You can get great videos with the free software they offer alone. Thank you Zy Cami 🙏🏻. With respect. 🫡
Horrible device giving it back
Be very careful device once your location in order to activate a piece of hardware “the gimbal” there is no reason for a Chinese app to request your location in order to activate a piece of hardware. Returned!
Won't save video
It won't save any video for the new iPhone 14 pro max
Holy crap is it bad…
Buying a gimbal that says can do tracking, yet constantly decides halfway through tracking that a keyboard looks like a cat, or a vase looks like someone’s face, or a shoe looks like a person… Then comes the insane amount of pushing in app subscriptions…yes, I want to give you more money after wasting my time on this POS… Also, why is like 1/3 of your English version app written in Mandarin? I understand it’s a Chinese based company, but having parts of terms and other aspects written in mandarin seems very questionable. Surprisingly, being able to read mandarin, I was able to read through and while there weren’t any alarming aspects from what I saw, it begs the question why isn’t it all in English? One thing that did stand out however, are the terms and conditions. If you thought Facebook’s terms were invasive… WoW… these are straight up dystopian… Then, in the little time I actually got to use this junk, is the fact that it just up and decides to freeze up and crash consistently. Avoid this app at all costs. Sadly, while the gimbal is decent enough, the fact that not using this app disables a good portion of the basic features, making even the hardware difficult to recommend… Thanks for wasting my time ZhiYun… you made it SUPER easy to make me dissuade people from buying your products as well as to leave a similar review on several YouTube reviews that suspiciously give it overwhelmingly positive reviews, even within their tutorials… Here’s an idea. Stop spending so much cash buying influencers and FIX YOUR JANKY POS APP!!!
Can’t get Bluetooth to connect
My Bluetooth is on, I’ve downloaded the app but it will not connect to my device. Spins constantly. Any advice?
Garbage app from the best Gimbal maker
Can they not put 1/10th the effort into making the digital side of their product just half-way decent? Guess not. ZYCAMI is a sick joke.

You have to open moveable parts manually to start Bluetooth connection.

Works great with the gimbal!! Setup was a little challenging but once you get it figured out it is pretty cool what you can do
