Buggy workaround
Registration page was blank when I first used the app in English. It started working when I switched the app language to Chinese and then back to English. Email confirmation never arrived after registering via the app. I logged on to the website and resent my email confirmation to verify my account.
Registration screen is blank.
The registration process doesn’t even begin. It goes to a blank white screen and that is the end of that. Game over, red rover.
Broken. Awful.
Broken app thats completely useless for tourists. China should be ashamed and clearly doesn't want outsiders in their country. Used air travel and shortened my trip to two cities instead of dealing with this garbage. Looking forward to the Shinkansen when I fly out.
Useless
Register page just leads to a blank page. Clear zero UAT done by the service provider and no operational observability checks in place to detect broken work flows and user journeys. Complete amateur hour.
This app should be removed from app store.
Very difficult to use; an app in Australian App store that requires everyone has a Chinese mobile number.Plus, the email didn’t work, nothing received after trying multiple times. Always come back with an error message no matter what you do. A complete waste of time!

Stupid system
Very useless app
First of all, I am a Chinese citizen but when I log in, it shows it must foreign passport holder only. I think is not convenient. Otherwise I can not change my App Store into China. So I can not use it. I can not do order on this app.
