Daily exercise
Do daily exercises in morning with empty stomach for minimum one hour. It may include fast waking, running, jumping and all other exercises like pushups etc. but the exercises of leg are necessary because these keep you heart arteries open otherwise if these have blockage you may have heart problems. So avoid these problems legs exercises are necessary. Also don’t take food of having much oily, buttery, fried these are the cause of heart attack. I am 75+ and strictly follow above rule.
