I cant use the "restore purchase" after I reinstalled. The in-app "Support" also not working.

Purchased but keep loading
Hi, I already purchased the premium on mu iPhone 11 pro max. The app keep loading non stop right after the purchase was completed. I tried to restart the app and restore the purchase, it still keep downloading. I already restarted my phone and restore the purchase again, the problem still keep appearing. Please fix this!
