Other than to tell you have paid they have no kind of support system, you will always end up calling someone overseas who tells you that there is no issue with their broadband and that maybe they should call out an engineer at your expense to fix an issue with their line.

I am so frustrated with this app! I cannot access my account information at all - and as a Two Degrees Mobile user, am seriously ready to move everything to another provider. Cannot get past log in - have tried sending email for help,- no reply after 2 weeks, and the contact centre is shut again!

After trying their services, I realised how good Vodafone and Spark are. The most garbage customer service in New Zealand. And not just include broadband.

After nearly 2 weeks having broadband I still can not login to my account and neither get Amazon Prime. Very very frustrating

Log in issue you cannot get past without calling. You attempt to log in, a seperate page opens, you enter your details, then you get stuck in an infinite white screen. Will change providers if this isn’t fixed absolutely atrocious issue to have for an internet provider in 2023, plus going through reviews shows this has been happening a while now and it hasn’t been fixed.

Easy for us to use but in saying that, we don’t have an account linked to the old system. Sounds like this may be an issue with other reviews done. For us, no issues with the app what so ever and can get to the web browser just fine.

So hard to use and the fact that one day you have to use your username then one day use your email. Taking away just your usual website use and moving it to this useless app was such a bad idea. Expected better from 2 degrees

I rung and was told I have to sign in using the new system or the new app, but it won’t let me sign in at all? I’ve reset my password and done all that. Cancelling my broadband because this is just pathetic, you want my money so desperately but make it so difficult. I don’t have time to wait 1 hour on hold, to be told to do what I’ve already tried and still no outcome.
