I genuinely can’t believe how useless this app is, why they would swap from the old one to one that doesn’t even work is beyond me, can’t see anything and the one time it did load it showed the wrong information, at this point probably going to switch phone providers it’s nothing new from 2degrees
:(
The new 2degrees app is a massive disappointment. The previous version, while not perfect, was more reliable.
HORRIBLE APP
Compared to the old app this one is horrible to use and you can’t see ANYTHING under your account, I can’t add or change anything, I can’t see my account or add a spend limit or anything, every time I (A savvy 25year old) try’s to do something I end up calling them to have to do it
Card change
Trying to update your card details with 2 degrees seems nigh on impossible talk about wasting peoples time
TERRIBLE!!!!
Your new app is dreadful. I cannot navigate and do anything properly. It makes no sense.
Worst Update
Old one are better! It takes 15-20 seconds to Load the remaining data/Bills and Plan!
New update is worse
Get signed out randomly it doesn’t update data without refreshing the page which then makes you login again the oldest version was a lot better wasn’t great but it was waay better
App doesn’t even work
1. I paid for a plan but my data doesn’t work
2. I have $20 in the app and it won’t use the money to top up or purchase a plan
3. I also didn’t even want to put $20 on the app. I paid for a plan using my card and it took an additional $20 for the app and I can’t even use it
4. What’s the point of having two apps for the same thing and this app doesn’t even work
New update does not work
Continually saying network era.
The original app wasn’t great, but this is worse
I’ve never liked the 2degrees app, so was excited when I saw there was a new one.
Honestly, this is worse. Weird UX elements (loading screens look broken), no refresh animation (no drag to refresh - you have to quit).
Takes up to 10 seconds to load my usage data
Often says “your plan renews today”, but then other times it gives you the real date (21 days time in my case, today). I was getting very confused until I realised the app malfunctions.
Now in ‘shared data’, you can no longer see the current shared data consumed, nor average consumed - not by individual shared user nor by all shared users.
Seemingly no user experience has been considered. Ie There is an orange warning icon that says “this bill is due please pay immediately”, but then it directly below says “nice one, you have a direct debit authority set up to pay your bill”. So, am I meant to do something or not?
I just wonder what they wanted to achieve by launching a new app, and if they did, in fact, achieve it.
