Nothing like the Japanese counterpart. Every single order is flagged for “security issues” or “voided for fraud.” If I use the same form of payment to make a purchase multiple times, and I even clear it through my debit card, and multiple credit cards in an attempt buy something it shouldn’t be marked as fraud every single time. Lost out on several pieces I was interested in but you all lost out on a customer 🤷‍♂️ If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would. Complete joke.

Don’t bother downloading just use the website. There is no add to cart or buy now option in the app. Also it does not allow you to sort by in stock. And my favorites did not crossover from the website to the app.

Their definition of “very good condition” is very poor. If you call smelling like body odor, 6 large stains, a few holes, and messed up print “very good condition” then this is the place for you. Multiple times stuff like this has happened with my orders. It’s come to be expected at this point and they don’t care to help you resolve anything.

They Love to cancel orders even though it says available😒

Jessica was AMAZING!! She has excellent customer service and greeted everyone that entered the store.

Purchased several Items, they respond several days later canceling orders because they didn’t know they had sold them. (2nd st.) Don’t post it as available if it’s sold or don’t sell it after it’s been purchased online by somebody.

Brought 2 pieces of jewelry ! We on the app the next day it was still available. On the third day it said sold out ! In the fourth day I got a emailed stating the item was no longer available after I got my confirmation on the first day scam !

I’d rather just view on safari. The app crashes if you scroll longer than 5 minutes and you can’t filter out “sold items”. Makes shopping difficult.

One word. Wow. High quality brands, shockingly low prices. New customer ✔️
