You can work out and do the exercises in your house or in the gym, and all you need is 10 minutes a day. But that’s not all: you’ll have access to a personal trainer who will help you via videos and animations of each exercise, and you’ll also be able to track calories burned and your body weight.

Got to day 4 and it doesn’t work anymore. The workout starts and the timer counts down but it doesn’t count the reps so can’t move forward

I like this app because the exercises are achievable in a busy day; it is only a few minutes but hey are targeted minutes. The demonstrations and instructions are clear and I like seeing my progress through the stars.

Sorry, but I have tried and failed to find a way to contact the developers to advise them that the app keeps crashing on start-up. I have therefore cancelled my subscription. iPhone X, software up to date (iOS 13.3.1).

Happy at the lower levels but one you get to red dear god my shoulders hurt im a massage therapist and i have recommended this app based on yellow and orange but day 2 of red is contradicted for 90% of Americans the rest is to short for how long you are putting weight on your shoulder joints its a spit in your face
