The UX/UI make it very difficult to find what you want. Eg e-statements. They should provide a consolidated statement. And easy to retrieve current. Saving. USD individually. You cannot trace the transaction up to the balance. Etc… etc…. Why it is difficult for them to make a reasonable one. Just copy the storyboard with different wording. Fonts and theme. Then it is a much better one already. … The digital officer is dumber than dumb.

Totally rubbish, the instructions listed online do not match with the interfaces of the app, not to mention a lot of other defects. The worst app could have designed by a bank!

I ever seen a Bank app was so bad like this.

Always have errors for the transactions after updating the apps, need to set up the authentication every time after update, called the hotline saying my company account is fine, but just can’t use the apps to approve the transactions, keep saying can’t self approve, but my company got only 1 approver and 1 admin, admin can’t do anything, of course need to be self approved…trash apps

這算是什麼銀行？極度不便
