7 Cups - 不安＆ストレスチャット＆セルフヘルプ

I remember using this app when I was in middle school (this was right when this app just came out) and it was amazing, the listeners were truly there for me but now that I’m in college and wanting to use it again, it’s just not the same. I’ve already spoke to 3 listeners and the first one completely ignored what I said and gave me advice that didn’t match my situation, the second person told me they couldn’t give me advice because they have trauma (my situation was about a friend who wasn’t communicating with me so it wasn’t anything traumatic??) then the third person got weirded out by me because I asked them how they were before I talked about my problem and then ghosted me after I did say my problem. After that I just gave up and I will never go back on this app because the listeners are absolutely dog.

using the browser version on ur phone is probably better than using this

this don’t work it keeps saying not valid

There’s groomers on here. This app is genuinely unsafe for any minors, which is frustrating especially for those who cannot get the help they need. Not to mention the new paying fee that’s just embarrassing 😭 free therapy at a price of 300 dollars

I downloaded the app but receive a error message

I signed up just to see if my old therapist was working with them because they had a profile page for her. I didn’t see that in the fine print that she was not.Then they charged me $299.00 and offered me a therapist I never saw or wanted to see. So yeah don’t download this app. Taking advantage of people in their lows of life is horrible.

Says “FREE” above in description…. Nope, you need to already have insurance/medical providers for the app to bill you…. YOU CAN’T EVEN ACCESS APP WITHOUT ABOVE ITEMS

Can’t use it! The only thing it says is “We’re currently experiencing some technical issues! Please try again later!” It’s been for weeks now! Very disappointing!

I have learned a lot here and felt like I am making a difference . A place that means a lot to me.

I joined 7cups in 2023 and the community simply ruined me. It increased my problems and took advantage of my inability to have good self boundaries. Without it I feel very free. Hopefully whoever reads this it saves you from going through that as well, 7cups is not a good place. There are a lot of better options out there which actually care about you.
