This is really helpful cause it’s free therapy! Who ever invented this thank you so much.
I went here because I was feeling lost and confused. With the help of this app, I found people who are willing to listen to my problems without judging me. I made friends too. What makes me more happy is that I get to also make other people happy by being a listener and giving them advices. This app helped me a lot and I will always be thankful. To the person reading this, you matter. you are enough, you are valid, and you are loved. Keep fighting and all will be well, soon.

I’m really thankful of the team/community of 7cups of tea. I used this app years ago when I was at the end of the rope. I’m alive. I don’t want to ever feel what I felt back then and this app is helping me. Whenever there’s a visit. I go to Menu > Path > Mindfulness. Mindfulness is a great feature to help me stay at the present. (Tapes from Monica A. Frank - Excel At Life are my favorite :3. Haven’t tried all tho) If the thought is becoming too much, I search for a Listener. They’re very kind! ***For my usage, this is a great self-help app! \(^ _ ^ I haven’t tried the Therapist feature cuz I’m healthier compared in the past. It’s still better to get in touch w/ a professional if you need it.*** **When I’m being dragged down by the thoughts or the visitor. I use this app but be sure to still do other things to help the recovery. Like, still eat and drink water. Try to take a walk or just move the body. It really depends on what could lift your mood. (I know it might be hard but a little is better than nothing).** <—- This could work on early stages. Like prevention is better than cure(?) If you’re already sinking and seriously ill.. I’m sorry you read what I wrote cuz I know it sounds easier than done. Please get in touch w/ a therapist. Remember recovery could differ for each person. Some live w/ their illness. That’s alright, it just means some function differently. Hang in there. You matter. You’ll get through this. Sending you hugsss!

very good app if you need to vent once you sign up/log in, but it can load really slowly, which may not be the best for people who want to vent ASAP.
uhm ive been waiting for hours for it to load but it wont can someone fix this bug i have used this before and im pretty sure it loads fine but this is one it aint
I want to give a full rating because this app has been a GODSEND to me and probably the best alternative to spending on a very expensive therapist or if you have a phobia of talking in person or over the phone about your urgent personal problems. Or even if you are simply unmotivated (due to your emotional instability) and cannot get out of bed to go "see someone." It's also great for those who feel they are unable to talk to family or friends. The 4/5 stars is just so maybe there can have a few improvements. First, I cannot post any reply in community chat, I cannot type in the first place. This is using the app on iPhone. Maybe it's a glitch? Second, some listeners really need to be screened better. One of the first listeners I've encountered as a newbie was very judgmental and seemed to mock my situation, as if to blame me for it. I even thought they were trolling me. In vulnerable times this could be devastating for those with clinical depression who already think negatively of themselves, and I don't even have clinical depression! So it could be worse for others as it was quite a bad experience for me. Other than that, I am so glad I found a listener that I have been speaking with for days. My situation maybe isn't "fixed" or hasn't gotten "better" but someone is there struggling together with me which in a way helps me get through another day when it could be way worse. So thank you for the whole Team behind this and especially the listeners who are doing their voluntary work with a pure heart and tireless effort.
