Too little for free
It would be a very good app if there wouldn’t be so little options available for free. There are always the same exercises in the free version, I got bored too quickly. Also- only the paid version allows you to take out exercises that are hard to do because of some health issues. If I would want to pay I would hire a personal trainer. So, after a few weeks, I’m already bored and not able to pull the program through.
