Good apps! I intro to my frens however they opted others once they see it needs to sign up with subscription
Best work out but no breaks
The workout is intense and enjoyable. It was very fun and exciting; it gave me a triller of a mood. The negative part is that it dosent have a break (If you’re a beginner this will be very exhausting).
