Created my account, uploaded my prescription, it was delivered in an hour or so. Very simple, easy. 5 stars.

Both the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are dead links, I suspect this is a bogus app if the developer can not provide working links from the registration page. And no privacy policy means they can do what they like with your data. AVOID!!

Not recommended, just a waste of time, delivery is never on time. For. Medicine delivery to be delivering in 2 hour!!!! And promising 30 mins is unacceptable, their customer service are not helpful and cannot sort anything and barely pick up the calls.

I dont recommend specially if some one having pain this people are taking hours to can help you . Worst application ever. Specially when they are dealing with emergency cases they give no help only making you suffer from pain for longer

They are liars, they will tell you what you want to hear to get your prescription, once they apply for it, promises will change and suddenly the medicine out of stock after they said they have it, and the worst is the delivery they say within one hour but you may wait up to 5 hours and every-time you call to follow up same nonsense we will follow up with the driver and call back for 5 hours. I will never use them again. I would if rates minus if it is an option

Crappiest service! Their website mentions delivery in 60 mins, my order took more than 2 hours! Never trust these guys in emergencies!

The app is good but of no use if i cant select any area other than Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I live in Al Ain, but i guess it is not for here.

Please maintain the app it keeps crashing every few seconds

An absolute worthless app, has no option to order any medicines. The search does not populate any results either for the medicines that you require or an alternative to the same. I’ve been needing Tablets like Euthyrox, Diclogesic and Enelfa Dolorgiet and none of these are listed. All that they have are medicines like Panadol & Brufen.
