There are a lot of updates with this app, each time I hope it gets better but sadly not. Terrible stock control. Almost always get a call stuff is not in stock, whilst when I am in the shop there is plenty of said product. It’s basic and frustrating. As a working parent I love not having to go to the supermarket but this app is just too basic.

Not responsive and slow. Server connection not working

The app does not show accurate stock so there are frequently things out of stock even on an order for less than 24 hours later. Also, extremely irritatingly, if you put things in your basket in advance of the order things just get deleted out of your basket with no notice. I imagine it’s a stock issue but there’s no notification something has been removed so if you’re doing a large family shop it is horribly irritating to think you’ve ordered mince only to find it not there and you’ve not been told to try and find a substitute. Not good enough when other shopping apps manage this. Shopping elsewhere now - you’ve lost a customer.

When it works, this is great and the back end service is excellent. However, the app stability is really poor and probably crashes 4/5 times. Sort this and it would be great, but pretty worthless as is.

Whilst I am delighted that Spinneys deliver food now, the app is very clunky and difficult to use. The search engine isn’t particularly intuitive and the app crashes quite often mid-shop, which is annoying. The most irritating aspect is that I check the ‘please call me’ option when it comes to substitutions but - on the printed bill - it says I have selected ‘Don't call, don’t substitute.’ Inevitably, a large chunk of shopping is missing, without substitutions and without the option of discussing it with someone. I saw this happened to someone else who’d taken the time to review. Spinneys, please take note! There are many excellent delivery apps out there; being from the UK, Ocado’s app is second to none. Why not use a successful app as the model for your own?

Every time I order I select the option for a call before substituting products. When products are not available there is no call and household staples that clearly would have an alternative are missing. No call and my order is once again marked don't call. The cynical part of me is presuming it’s to save time. Tried calling customer service but no answer. The shop is very good but the service via the app is awful.

This app is very difficult to use. Searches are time consuming and clumsy (chicken comes up when searching for beef). If you want more than one item, you press the ‘+’ but it’s slow to respond. This app is not the answer to online grocery shopping in UAE I’m sad to say.

Every time I put things in my cart and somehow I click something like back and forth and then I can’t figure out anything on the app, most of the time it empties my cart, learn from other groceries which are not as confusing as this also it takes time to put something in the cart for me to think but this application is just bad really bad

Когда заходишь в приложение, нужно обязательно ввести адрес, после ввода адреса это панель меню выдает странную ошибку, и пользоваться приложение. Не возможно!

The new update is so bad. The previous one was better. As customers we need to read the product details and ingredients. The new update doesn’t give us this option.
