It should have more reviews. I downloaded it without even reading the reviews when I was waking into the 911 Museum. It worked great throughout the exhibits, no connection issues. It is very easy to follow, tells you where you should be at that point in the tour, and you can skip to other parts of the exhibition.

This app take SO long to download after the app is downloaded! I hope I never download these kind of apps hated it!!

Really good and works quickly

This is a simple yet very well made museum application that is designed to give users different facets of stories that make up the 9/11 experience. While most museum applications consist mainly of galleries and exhibit information, this one relies on intimate storytelling through the narration of actor Robert De Niro and first person accounts to get the message across. Through his words and others users will get a reflective sense of the 9/11 tragedy and how the museum is being used as a stepping stone to confront and learn from the pain and the grief. Users can interact with the app in several ways whether through audio, transcripts and for some parts video. The app is broken into five sections that focus on a specific part of the experience. Users who are at the museum can also use the app as a guide where a map will display where you are in the museum according to the exhibit.

This app provides a fantastic free self guided tour for the only must-visit NYC attraction. Get here if you are in town, the most moving and rewarding experience. Pay your respects and always remember.

Having almost lost and having family who directly lost loved ones, I found this app helpful in the sense of filling in the gaps of details I might have missed at the museum. I can appreciate the efforts in respect made by many. Nothing will ever please or make up for nor replace what or whom ever was taken. Thank you for trying.🙏🏼❣
