Used to be a good company

They accused me of returning a product in a bad condition when I have never even touched it and returned it with its label on and its initial packaging. For shame. I have consistently asked what was wrong since the 29th of November and still no answer- they keep sending me the automatic emails that they are too busy to answer. This used to be a good company, I am a regular client of more than 4 years, but recently the customer experience is getting worse each time. First the long delays in delivery, and now this. That’s exactly how you lose customers.

Έκανα μια παραγγελία στις 30/11 και το δέμα μου δεν έχει φτάσει ακόμα κοστίζει 185€ έχω καλέσει και μου είπαν ότι θα είναι εδώ 15/12 σήμερα ξανά κάλεσα και με ενημέρωσαν ότι έχει κολλήσει στα κεντρικά της μεταφορικής. ΕΙΣΤΕ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΕΑΝ ΔΕΝ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΩ ΤΟ ΔΕΜΑ ΜΟΥ ΜΕΣΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΑ Ή ΔΕΝ ΠΑΡΩ ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΜΟΥ ΠΙΣΩ ΘΑ ΣΑΣ ΚΑΝΩ ΜΗΝΥΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΕΞΑΠΑΤΗΣΗ
