I have been trying to place an order for nearly 3 days now. Everytime I press to pay to go to ended my bank account details it does the loading on the button and then nothing else happens. Tried changing address. Tried changing payment method. Tried processing via app and via web. Tried processing on my laptop instead of phone. All nothing. Sent an email to customer care. Nothing. So disappointed and annoyed .

A special discount has been offered via the app in Croatia , as soon as the offer started, the app checkout system has failed and crashed , regardless of the numerous reattempts , the app keeps chrashing and as a result the items are being sold out simply because the App isnt able to handle the high level of traffic. This should have been expected with marketing advertising the sale in the entire country for days and days.... Very poorly executed by the tech team ...
