Can’t get past the spot on mobile or app to put in your email but there’s nowhere to put in the email. Been like this for like a year or more

The Bill Pay tab has not worked in over a year and gives you the same “ERROR 505” every time you click on it. Trying to schedule a payment or transfer can only be done through notifications. It feels like this app is purposely designed to be dysfunctional. I can’t pay my car loan through the “My Accounts” tab either, but I can view activity. Why wouldn’t you be able to just click into this & pay from here? It’s a mess.

I’m so sick of having to open and close my app in order to log in. There’s always some sort of error when they do the robot test. It’s 2024, and there hasn’t been a single update on this for MONTHS. Get it together or I will cancel my bank

Just had an update and now it wont let you log in. Keeps saying disclosure not accepted and to refresh disclosure over and over. Nothing pops up to accept!!!

Look at Chime, cashapp, or any other banking apps with good reviews and make a version of that. Right now you can’t change your phone number in this app. It’s bad

Can’t even log into the app half the time because of some issue with the human verification thing or something.

Continually have to delete and reinstall to use it. Absolutely horrible and definitely not reliable.

Where I live the banks close even the ATMs at night for the weekends and advertise that the app can take checks which it DOES NOT.

Small banks and credit unions usually have very bad mobile apps, this one is one of the best. I like how easy it is to see my accounts and transfer money. The card manager alerts and controls are very good and mobile deposits is easy to use. I don’t use the bill pay often but it looks simple and I like how it works on my phone. The whole thing works like a big bank app.

Old bill pay was awesome. This new system is the worst I ever seen. I can not make easy payments without getting a warning that I need to put in a code and call a number that’s on there to have them tell me that’s the wrong number to call so I have to call this other number who can’t give me a number right away. So paying certain bills on time is impossible with the new bill pay process.any suggestions on a new credit union?
