It doesn’t work. Forgivable to begin with but it’s never worked. You need to book on the net or take a chance and just go to a centre.

This app is almost impossible to use it. That’s people do not pay to enter the gym

Poor connection

To not to say always, I got this everytime I want to book an activity. Hope this gets sorted out soon.

The Spin Cycles are poorly maintained & irregularly checked. They take a lot of daily wear & tear so there’s usually something broken or worn out on several of the spin cycles. Shame.

This app is not user friendly at all. Every time I put in my details, I am told that it is incorrect. I have not been able to transfer my details from Bettergym over to active Lambeth portal. There is no record of my membership, so when trying to book classes, I am asked for bank details. Also when I am trying to use this app from home, it keeps saying server not found!

Try to book any activity……. IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!

I use a few locations and find that the searching for classes and accessing locations really tiring. The app doesn’t the fact that i can only see 3 at any given time is a nuisance but I was happy to overlook it. What i find really clunky and annoying is that when i am trying the change the location to view the app doesn’t and i often have to completely close the app to change the locations to look of other classes. Also the 3 gym that are my main one always disappear when i close the app leaving only the 1. It’s frustrating and i often am discouraged from finding classes due to this.

Extremely difficult to book a football pitch

App hasn’t worked since the switch from Better. Have deleted and redownloaded a number of times!
